About Velocity Custom Fabrication, Inc.
Our Team
Scott Williams and Chad Martin are the founders and co-owners of Velocity Custom Fabrication, Inc., a company that specializes in custom metal fabrication for industrial and architectural applications. They met 30 years ago at Mercury Marine and Oklahoma State University, where they both studied engineering and developed a strong friendship. They decided to combine their skills and passion for metalworking and create their own business in 2021. Scott is an expert in 3D modeling, design, CNC laser cutting, CNC brake press, and CNC rolling, while Chad is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma and provides the business acumen, engineering and leadership guidance. Together, they lead a team of energetic and creative staff who love the challenge and satisfaction of producing high-end parts and assemblies for various clients. They are committed to delivering quality products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of their customers. Scott and Chad are proud of their achievements and look forward to expanding their business and exploring new opportunities in the future.
Our Facilities
The facility at Velocity Custom Fabrication, Inc. is located at 5199 North Mingo Road, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74117. It is a state-of-the-art facility that houses various equipment and technology for custom metal fabrication. Some of the equipment and technology include:
- A large format (6’x20’), high power, high speed, enclosed high definition laser for CNC fiber laser cutting of sheet metal.
- A large format 20’ 6+1 axis and 13’ 4 axis 245 Ton CNC Press Brakes and CNC Shear for metal bending, cutting and forming.
- An advanced robotic plasma steel cutting solution that combines CNC plasma cutting and torch technology with fully-automated robotics and laser measuring systems for structural steel cutting.
- A CNC plate roller that can produce both flat and flanged rolled products from thin sheets of metal.
- A 165T Ironworker that can easily punch, shear, notch, and cut all kinds of metal.
- A team of experts who can provide engineering and design services, including 3D modeling, FEA analysis, and custom fabrication.
